The ideal CHROME Care Rep. is self-confident and has an extroverted style that can engage and positively impact individuals.  A CHROME Care Rep. has excellent listening skills, has the ability to ask probing questions and overcome objections.  Must posses a professional and positive attidude to quickly establish rapport over the telephone.

What you will do:

This position acts in the capacity of Member Advocate, with the purpose of providing an exceptional experience for members who prefer a phone or digitally based interaction with the Credit Union.

  • Respond to CHROME members in a warm and friendly manner
  • Take ownership of member inquiries
  • Look beyond member immediate needs and deliver more than what they expected
  • Educate members on how our technology tools can save them time and  money    
  • Assist members requesting new products or services
  • Look for opportunities to provide "WOW" experiences

What you need to bring with you:

  • Experience - One year or more banking experience a plus
  • Education - College degree is preferred but not required
  • Exceptional computer skills including experience with mobile devices such as smartphone, tablet and the internet
  • Must be flexible and available to work full time including weekends as part of a rotating call center schedule
